The major side effects may include skin rashes, difficult breathing, body parts swelling, sever blistering, muscles stiffness, irregular heartbeats, high fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, confusion, hallucination, seizure, fainting, coordination loss, tremors, aggressiveness, restlessness, panic attack, more depression, and overactive reflexes.
Minor side effects may include stuffy nose, cold, sneezing, sore throat, constipation, upset stomach, insomnia, dry mouth, drowsiness, and dizziness.
If you experience any of the above side effects persistent or bothersome, call your Doctor and ask for emergency help.
There are some medicines that interact with Prozac such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Diclofenac, Indomethacin, Piroxicam, Nabumeton, and Etodolac. Prozac with these drugs may cause bruise or bleeding easily.
Let you Doctor know if you are using allergy medicine, narcotic pain medicine, muscle relaxer, sleeping pills or Xanax, Plavix, Clozaril, Fazado, Tambocor, Haldol, Phenytoin, Carbamazepine, Tryptophan, Vinblastine, Warfarin, Almotriptan, Almotriptan, Frovatriptan, Sumatriptan, Naratriptan, Rizatriptan, or Zolmitriptan, Elavil, Lexapro, Zoloft, Pimozide, Thioridazine, Isocarboxazid, Phenelzine, and others.
